Prayer points

Monday: Meditate on Jeremiah 1:9 - Give thanks for the word the Lord sent to us through Pastor Michael
yesterday. Thank Him for the ministry of His word over the course of this Easter Season. Give thanks
for the teaching ministry of Pastor Michael Olawore.
Tuesday: Meditate on John 15:13, Ephesians1:3-7 - Give thanks for Jesus’ ultimate love and sacrifice on the
cross for you. Thank him for the redemption and victory that you enjoy in Christ. Appropriate all
those redemptive blessings that are already yours today.
Wednesday: Meditate on Acts 2:22 -25, Ephesians 2:6 – Give thanks for Christ’s triumph over death. Thank Him
for the amazing resurrection power – the crux of the gospel message. Thank Him that you’ve been
raised to sit in heavenly places with Christ. Receive from Him that resurrection power to quicken and
rejuvenate any deficiencies in your life today.
Thursday: Meditate on Matthew 28: 5-8 - Give thanks for that first Easter morning, and for the many witnesses
we have of Jesus’ resurrection – Thank Him, that He has chosen you to be one of His witnesses.
Receive the grace to be a bold witness and influence for Him to all those you may come across today.
Friday: Meditate on I Corinthians 15:17-19 – Give thanks ‘Christ is risen from the dead’. Thank God for the
hope you have not only in this world, but in eternity. Thank Him for the forgiveness of your sins, the
joy of salvation and the future hope of reigning with Him in Heaven.
Saturday: Meditate on Matthew 28:1-2, Acts 3:6 – Give thanks that the stone has been rolled away – all
obstacles on the way to your destiny have been removed. Engage that resurrection power into your
circumstances today and declare that you are free to fulfil your God-given dreams to the glory of His
name.
Sunday: Meditate on Psalm 138: 1-3. Give thanks for the grace we have to enter into the Lord’s presence at
New Wine Church today. Praise and lift Him over and above anything else competing for your
attention. Give thanks for the truth in His word which will be revealed to us today by his servant.
Thank Him in advance for all the answers to our prayers as a church.
Plead the blood of Jesus over Pastor Tayo, Lady J, the Board of Ministers and their families, the worship team and all
our ministers today. Take authority over every plan of the enemy and nullify every attack of devil on our New Wine
Church. Declare that only the God’s purpose will be fulfilled in New Wine Church.
Call forth a speedy manifestation of every prophetic promise concerning New Wine Church:
• Give thanks for the season of recovery and restoration for the next season that God is calling forth;
• Give thanks for what is beyond the horizon.
• Give thanks that New Wine is an apostolic Kingdom centres that become a reference point to the region,
area and nation,
• Give thanks that New Wine Church is an equipping place for the generals and the armies for mobilisation,
which exist for the sake of the glory of God covering the earth.

CONFESSION

• This is my time to arise; this is my time to shine, God’s glory is revealed upon me;
• Jesus is risen, and I have been raised with Him;
• Every sickness, failure, oppression, sorrow and pain is rolled away;
• I stand as a witness for Christ in all my endeavours;
• The resurrection power is working in me and for me;
• I am bouncing back in every deficient area of my life;
• In 2012 I am rising and I am shining in Jesus’ Name!
